Ad2TV provides digital advertising solutions that allow businesses to create instant TV ads by combining photos and text, displaying promotional content on digital screens that can be managed from mobile devices.
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into binding agreements to use this service for business purposes.
You agree to use the Service only for legitimate business purposes and not to display content that is unlawful, inappropriate, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable.
Ad2TV reserves the right to remove any content or suspend access to any screen or account at our discretion.
You retain ownership of your business content including promotional materials, ads, and branding. However, by using the Service, you grant Ad2TV a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your content on your designated digital advertising screens.
Use of the Service requires a valid subscription. Payment terms are established at account setup. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
Account creation is subject to approval by Ad2TV administrators. We reserve the right to deny service for any reason.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ad2TV, its owners, affiliates, and partners from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or your content.
We reserve the right to terminate access to any user or screen at any time, without notice, for violation of these Terms.
Ad2TV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Platform.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
